It's only been 5 days since our first lesson but I needed to jump on and review already. We have booked a puppy training course but are dealing with a few issues in particular. Weve stuck to the advice and training from the first lesson it has made a difference already. Really appreciate the way rachael was kind and not judgy at all when explaining what we needed to change and showed us new things to do that made a lot sense. Thank you so much. Really looking forward to the rest of the sessions

We've been working with Rachael to train our puppy Haggis for the last 4 weeks, and we couldn't be happier with the progress. Rachael is incredibly friendly and engaging, and it’s such a bonus that she comes to our flat for training sessions. Haggis loves her and the improvement we've seen in him has been amazing. He’s gone from not even knowing his name to being polite with other dogs and reliably following us on walks. Rachael’s passion for dog training really shines through in the amount of time and effort she puts into each session. She makes sure we feel confident and informed at every step. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer!

Baywood gave us the tools our family needed to train our dogs and ourselves so we can feel comfortable taking our dogs out in public as well as breaking bad habits making for more peace in the household. Highly recommended, not just for their expert training but for the love they gave our dogs. You can see they love dogs and what they do.

I couldn't wait to bring my new puppy home, but I soon realised that training her while juggling a hectic work schedule was quite a challenge. A colleague recommended Baywood and I am so grateful. Rachael created a personalised training program that took my busy lifestyle into account and showed me how to make training fit into our daily routine. The in-home sessions were a lifesaver as they meant I didn’t have to spend time travelling to and from lessons. What I loved most about Baywood's approach is that Rachael really cares about getting to know you and your puppy, and tailors the training to teach the skills that are practical for your unique needs and lifestyle. For example, once we’d covered all they basics, we built on it, really focusing on teaching behaviours that make life with a dog more enjoyable. For instance, Rachael taught me how to train my puppy, Dotty, to settle calmly by my side at cafes and workstations, allowing me to get my work done without having to leave her at home. Rachael is incredibly supportive, and always made sure I understood everything we were working on. The lessons have made such a big difference and I’m looking forward to what we will learn next.
